SHIPMENTS

Shipping is via express courier and is free for all orders.

All products purchased are covered, in addition to the right of withdrawal guaranteed by law, by the Herbalife Consumer Guarantee, 30 day money back guarantee .

PAYMENTS

For greater customer protection, advance payment is required. Payment methods accepted:

  • Credit card. Online payment by credit card Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Carte Bleu, AmericanExpress. Transaction made through a secure server with 128-bit SSL encryption managed by Stripe, Inc.
  • PayPal , an online platform that allows you to complete your purchases in complete safety and at no additional cost. Allows payment both using an account and entering credit card details.
  • Top up Postepay card . Available at any Italian post office at a fixed cost of 1 euro, or at tobacconists affiliated with the ITB bank at a cost of 2 euro. The card details to be recharged will be provided at the end of the purchase process, both on the site and in the order summary email. Once the payment has been made, it will be necessary to inform the assistance of the time and place of the payment.
  • Postal Bulletin . Available at post offices at a cost of €1.70, or at authorized tobacconists. At the end of the purchase procedure, the data for compiling the bulletin and the possibility of downloading a pre-compiled bulletin are provided. Once the payment has been made, it will be necessary to send the payment slip receipt to the assistance.
  • Bank transfer . Available at your bank of trust. The cost varies depending on the bank. The data will be provided at the end of the purchase process.

Shipping will take place within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation.

WARRANTY

The prices indicated are all VAT included . There is no minimum order. The Herbalife consumer is protected not only by the right to change his mind (Legislative Decree 6.9.2005 n. 206), by the Herbalife "Satisfied or Reimbursed" Guarantee.

1) Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 6.9.2005 n. 206, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the order proposal by means of a communication to be sent by registered letter with return receipt to Herbalife Italia Spa, Viale Città d'Europa 825/829 – 00144 ROME within 10 days of signing the order proposal. The communication can also be sent, within the same period, by telegram, e-mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

Upon receipt of the cancellation, Herbalife Italia Spa will refund the customer any sums paid against the order proposal within 30 days. If the delivery of the products has taken place, the Consumer who withdraws from the order proposal must return the products within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the same, by (a) delivery to the Herbalife Home Sales Representative who has upon collection of this order or, alternatively (b) to Herbalife Italia Spa, Viale Città d'Europa 825/829 – 00144 ROME, with shipping costs to be paid by the Consumer. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned.

2) Herbalife "satisfied or refunded" guarantee

Herbalife Italia Spa guarantees the quality of the products with the Herbalife denomination and certifies that its products maintain the highest quality standards. Herbalife Italia Spa is therefore certain that the consumer will find the products purchased to his full satisfaction. However, if, for any reason, the Consumer is not entirely satisfied with one or more products, he will have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products even if the product had already been partially consumed by the home sales person.
